Order Processing Times
All products and systems sold through our website are processed with care to ensure quality and accuracy before dispatch.
Estimated Processing Times
- Servers, Workstations, PCs, and Laptops (1–5 units): 2 to 3 business days
- Bulk Orders (5+ units): 2 to 4 business days
- Parts and Components:
Orders placed before 13:00 GMT/BST are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time may be dispatched on the next business day.
Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to product availability.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping method
We do not include shipping costs in product prices. This allows us to charge accurate carrier rates and ensure fair pricing for all customers.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout exclude weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen carrier delays.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide, subject to applicable regulations.
- International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, and local regulations
- Delivery options available for your location will be shown at checkout

We are unable to ship to destinations restricted under UK export control or sanctions regulations.
Delivery Methods
Parcel Delivery
Used for smaller shipments where individual items do not exceed 30kg and total order weight is within carrier limits.
Pallet Freight
Required for heavy or bulk orders exceeding parcel limits.
Pallet deliveries are made to curbside or building entrance. Customers must ensure they are able to receive pallet deliveries.
Carriers may contact you in advance to arrange delivery.
Delivery Responsibility
Delivery is considered complete once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.
Returns & Refunds
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incomplete
- Incorrect
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number and a description of the issue.
All original packaging must be retained, as it may be required for inspection or return.
If necessary, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) before any items are returned.
Warranty Returns
Some products may be covered by a Return-to-Base (RTB) warranty.
- The customer is responsible for safely returning the item
- An RMA number must be obtained before returning any product
- Items returned without authorisation may be refused
Once received and inspected, we will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

Cancellation and Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Items must be returned in their original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
The cooling-off period does not apply to business customers.
Order Cancellations Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed or dispatched, please contact us immediately. In this case, a full refund will be issued without any charges.
